Affiliates shall be chartered and operate under the supervision of the ASHA Board of Directors. Each affiliate must have on file with ASHA a properly executed ASHA Agreement of Affiliation as approved by the Association Board of Directors.  Additionally the affiliate must also send to the Association annual dues and reports as set by the Board and otherwise comply with the ASHA Rules and Regulations.
